Art Courses & workshops are held in Trudi's studio in her garden at Crecrin Ballyconnell, Tullow, Co Carlow- Bunbury Art Studio, situated in beautiful countryside on the border of Carlow and Wicklow. With places limited to just ten per art course, early booking is advised. A delicious lunch in Rathwood Restaurant each day is included in the art weekend course fee. TRUDI DOYLE -B.A. H.D.E
Is a professional artist and trained teacher . Her teaching experience is extensive - over twenty years teaching all levels of ability. She has a reputation for being an inspirational art tutor having taught new techniques and approaches to practiced artists as well as helping many complete beginners to get started.She believes in giving plenty of individual attention and encouragement and limits class sizes to facilitate this. She is especially known for sharing her passion for watercolours. Trudi welcomes two enthusiastic visiting tutors Phillip Cullen, sculptor and oil painter Pat Maher to the studio again this year and is looking forward to meeting old and new friends. |

2.DRAWING & WATERCOLOURS - - - - - Tutor Trudi Doyle DAY 1 SATURDAY 17th Learn to see as an artist sees with some easy to learn drawing techniques which will enrich your paintings by training you to look closely at your subject.Trudi enjoys teaching drawing and has a reputation for being a calm, inspiring and encouraging art tutor. 6. LANDSCAPE IN 3 COLOURS- (OILS & ACRYLICS) - Tutor Trudi Doyle It is surprising what can be achieved using only three primary colours (& white) . In this workshop, learn how to mix a variety of tones including a range of greens, purples, mauves,greys and oranges using only red, blue& yellow.This workshop will provide you with good basic painting skills in oils or acrylics. MATERIALS A list of suggested materials for your course will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. All classes are held between 10 am & 4pm and break for lunch between 12.30 & 2 in local Restaurant, Rathwood

CANCELLATIONS if it is necessary to cancel a course for any reason, participants will be informed as soon as possible and full refunds of fees paid including deposits will be made. No further liability will be accepted. In the event of applicant cancelling less than 3 weeks before a course, no refund will be given.
